According to The Wrap’s report, Bocelli was the closest to being booked before Bender was brought on, having agreed after a meeting with Trump. When word started to get out that he had agreed, though, he cancelled.

Conveniently omitted from this is the fact that Bocelli received threats and a boycott from the sore loser left.

I’m surprised a KISS turned them down. Gene Simmons is no liberal, loves this country and I would think he would be honored to perform.

I’m hoping they could get Collabro or Il Volo or even the Canadian Tenors!

Gene Simmons is not a liberal.

They throw this out there so that they can later claim that who ever does the gig was “desperate.” So watch for the stories.

“Charlie Daniels.
Ted Nugent”

That’s all you need. There are C&W singers who will perform.

Why is pop music even necessary for an inauguration? Maybe I only watched the actual event itself, but honestly I don’t recall such Super Bowl halftime show entertainment at past inaugurations.

If music is necessary and all of the music industry is afraid to buck their own establishment, then by all means have the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, military bands and quartets, and to top it all off, do his own version of America’s Got Talent and scout out talented individuals who are not known, not under contract and not afraid of being boycotted by the left. I’m sure there are quite a few.

Trump’s always been good at making lemonade when handed a lemon. Maybe this is the start of completely undermining the left’s domination of music, too. He can start by asking in a highly public way, just why this is the case.

Frank Sinatra
Tony Bennett
Perry Como
Bing Crosby
Dean Martin
Nat King Cole
Johnny Mathis
Little Richard

Any of them would be great.

The Nuge is too controversial, as even he would admit. I love Ted but his appearance would generate manufactured controversy that would overshadow what should be the focus of the even - President Trump.

KISS is way too ‘yesterday’. The epitome of Dinosaur-Glam-Rock. Same with Alice Cooper. Let’s get unstuck from the 70’s and before.
It would be like putting Little Richard (age 84) up on stage now. He no longer performs on stage.
I like the music each of these performers is famous for, but most people under 40 would not identify with them in any way.

They should get Bocephus, I’m sure he’ll do it. Just put him out there on the stage with a guitar and he can sing his updated version of Country Boy Can Survive (America Can Survive).

We say Grace,
We say Ma’am
And if you don’t like it
We don’t give a damn....

Country singers are no longer singing country and the majority of their fans are libs. Garth Brooks has been a lib since day one. I don’t understand why anyone who loves America would buy their crappy music.
