The North Carolina Senate Wednesday voted down legislation to repeal the controversial law known simply as the “bathroom bill,” months after the measure limiting LGBT protections triggered an economic backlash for the state.

The Senate voted 32-16 against the repeal effort before voting by the same margin to adjourn, ending the special session two days after the Charlotte City Council gutted an ordinance that in March led the state's General Assembly to pass House Bill (HB) 2. The state House also adjourned without voting.

The repeal legislation, Senate Bill 4, caused new turbulence by imposing a six-month moratorium on local government measures affecting public accommodations and access to restrooms.

Maybe they figured out that the boycott’s just keeping people out they don’t want around anyway.

What happened to Fox News? The bill does nothing to harm homosexuals. It protects women and girls and restores sanity based on reality.

This has little to do with restrooms. It is becoming part of Title IX which makes it part of the Federal governments duty to provide equal protection under the law for everyone. It was first understood it meant equal treatment, then equal participation or money spent on womens sports for example, not it is stretched to include another so called gender dysphoria WTF something. This will allow a 13 year old boy access to the 13 year old girls swim class and showers. It will do the same for an 17 year old, or a 35 year old at the gym for a workout and swim. This is total BS and needs to be fought till the last man.

What is going to happen is things get so far out of the norm and out of hand, that the Muslims will be the ones to reel us back in. The pendulum will swing so far to the other side that the Salem witch trials will look tame.

This isn’t like Soviet propaganda saying that keeping men out of the Ladies’ room is controversial.

The way this was being reported, repeal seemed like a sure thing. Once again, the Liberal Media got it wrong.

I went to Kroger yesterday as they have the liquor concession. Had to hit the head when I noticed there were three bathroom doors...

As has been everything with the queer agenda, this bathroom nonsense isn’t the real/final goal. What is coming, in my opinion, is the day where you can’t refuse to date/have sex with a tranny. Just as the queer movement and their “allies” ruin and destroy anybody who disagrees with them, they will ruin and destroy you for not treating them like the “real women” and “real men” that they believe themselves to be. The teenage tranny with her own reality show, Jazz Jennings, has already blazed a path in that direction. “She” was interviewed a couple months back, and despaired over “her” lack of love life. “She” just wanted to go on dates with boys, like other girls. No boys were asking “her” out, and that was really hurtful to “her”. Well, we can’t have that kind of bigotry, now can we? I would bet good money that forcing normal people into relationships with trannies is coming down the pike, one way or the other.

Fake news.

So laws EITHER way are called “THE” Bathroom Bill?

“The Bathroom Bill(s)” typically refer to Communi(s)ties that are REQUIRING businesses to allow anyone male or female to enter the bathroom, dressing room, or locker room of their choice (as a means of sexual expression/desire).

Fox News is owned by NewsCorp which endorses libs like Kerry for president.

Newsrooms are dominated by pink journalists (homosexuals and friendly fellow travelers). This report is fake news.

Within the next 4 years expect to see a case where a transexual makes a federal case out of getting turned down for employment as a dancer at a strip joint bar.

They’ve already begun to enter the “beauty contests”.

The news media as a whole is about to go through its own transformation. It started on November 8th and it will get a real dose of reality come January 21.

29 days away my friends and we will be able to find out if we ever get tired of winning. Trump will go everywhere but through them and they will eventually become irrelevant and such a drain on the bottom lines of the corporations that own them to where they will be cast aside as the new information age flourishes without them.

So the NC Senate stood up to the liberals or what? Or will it be repealed in January when “the democracy” returns to Raleigh?

The bill does not limit protection to anyone. It just doesn’t force citizens to play into other peoples fantasies by allowing men to enter women’s bathrooms and showers.

Why is the bill controversial? It is just codifying common sense and decency. That is if I understand the provisions of the bill correctly.

Why does Faux News call it "controversial"?

“What is coming, in my opinion, is the day where you can’t refuse to date/have sex with a tranny.”

NO means NO!

Unless it’s a proposition from a same-sexer.

“They’ve already begun to enter the “beauty contests”

And the media will go on about “how courageous “she” is.
