Comparisons are being made between the assassination of the Russian ambassador in Turkey and the 1970's Bertoluccis film "The Conformist". I got this comparison from Steve Sailer on his blog. One wonders if-- given the theatrical setting and images being seen around the globe-- it wasn't directed by some Western intelligence agencies. And to make it more of a Hollywood-esque conspiracy, the assassin was himself shot dead.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

Come on, conspiracy theories are a favorite pastime in Turkey.
