I watched all this going down, downloaded the document from the official link provided, and this is what I did:

I showed the “certificate” to my BIL who will never vote anything but Dem. He is fully aware of my computer graphics knowledge. As I pointed one glaring spot after another to him his response was someone fooled me. I showed him that I got it off the official WH server. No you didn’t. blah blah blah

Here’s the kicker, when he could no longer deny the PDF was photo shopped, he said that unless I could tell him WHY they would put out such a poor forgery when clearly they had the resources to do much better, that it proved nothing.

I asked him, if a man robs a store with a gun, and you can prove it, do you have to know why he did it to arrest & convict him. The conversation ended there. Refused to discuss it any further.
