That’s what happens when you pass laws WITHOUT LIMITS.
The idea of admitting refugees here always assumed relatively small numbers would come. BUT IT HAD NO LIMIT. So when the Democrats weaponized it against the country, the Republicans were helpless.
Perhaps it’s time we review some of these dangerous laws and force them into boxes to keep them contained. Not that we will...because our party is TOO STUPID to be proactive, but it sure would be nice if they impress me, for once.
Remember the idea of minting trillion dollar platinum coins to "cure" the budget deficit? That was from the same cause. Congress allowed the U.S. Mint to make a certain number of gold and silver coins in specified denominations and also platinum coins, but without any legal limits. It was believed that the mint would act responsibly and only make a few collectors coins. Instead the Dems wanted to use that to push through the largest counterfeit in history.
I dream that Trump will have brilliant men working ruthlessly behind the scenes to undermine liberal/conservative largess woven into our system.
