I don’t know. I think he’s more mindlessly ideological, than racist.

He thinks that ‘brown’ people will probably be poor, and easily induced to favor welfare/nanny-state govt., and ultimately socialism/communism.

(That pretty much tells us what he really thinks of ‘brown’ people and their capacities.)

I don’t think he’s really capable of thinking this through. He’s just another brainwashed ideologue who managed himself into an exalted situation - a little bit of ‘Peter Principle’, along with a lot of help from anti-Americans, blatant or ‘fellow-travelers’, and - most importantly - a lot of ignorant and thoughtless voters.

Education is the key to saving us from another like him who may come along in the future. The people who want to destroy America - and have probably been pulling O’s strings - no doubt have the next candidate lined-up already.

Your observation of his possible feelings about the capabilities of minorities does jibe with the standard outlook of liberals that minorities aren’t capable enough to make it on their own.

Sigh. I would like to THINK that education would help, but...there are plenty of well-educated liberals who drink that Kool-aid.

There has to be something else.

Gong to a school, being ‘knowledgeable’, even getting a degree, don’t ensure that you are truly *educated*; especially now, when public education has been so ‘dumbed-down’.

When I was a kid, we had to study civics and American history, to graduate from High School. That doesn’t seem to be widely required now, and doesn’t seem to be a requirement even at many Universities.

If these ‘kids’ - and some adults - who have recently been protesting against the Electoral College, had actually been educated about it, many would have seen the brilliance of it; and wouldn’t be so easily swayed by shallow, politically-driven arguments against it.

Hillsdale College seems to still be offering its free course on the Constitution. Get your kids into it:
