Democrats Make DARING Impeachment Move – Give Trump 2 Choices

Ever since Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in last month’s presidential election, liberals have been whining about how “unfair” this result is. Now, the Democrat lawmakers in Congress have launched a sick plan against Trump before he’s even inaugurated that may result in his impeachment.

Right Wing News reported that Sen. Elizabeth Warren is working on a bill that would force President-elect Donald Trump, future FLOTUS Melania Trump, their youngest son Barron, Vice President-elect Mike Pence and his wife Karen Pence to put their assets into a blind trust. This would prevent any conflict of interest during Trump’s presidency while also preventing any political appointee from having any interaction with businesses controlled by the Trump family.

The bill will make it so that if Trump and his family refuse to comply, he will be impeached immediately. However, the president-elect is expected to announce how he will deal with this issue sometime this week.

Warren’s efforts to bring about this bill are supported by Sens. Ben Cardin, D-MD.; Chris Coons, D-DE.; Dick Durbin, D-IL.; and Jeff Merkley, D-OR.

Why can’t he simply put his properties in a “family trust,” like Bill and Hillary did?

Or, better yet, a tax-exempt Foundation?

Surely now The Donald shall be worried well into the late evening hours. < /sarcasm >

Where do these people get this stuff? Business interests only need to be set aside for the period of time any President occupies the office, and any judgment calls that do not directly favor those business interests to a greater degree than ALL similar interests are favored, but based on transparent and unbiased decisions, should not be held against the greater good.

No such thing as a truly “blind trust” is plausible or even possible.

Trump should turn this on them. Aren’t congress critters just as vulnerable to conflicts of interest? All of them should divest themselves of their FAMILY’S business holdings or leave office. They will drop this subject like vampires drop a cross dipped in holy water.

Why are Liberals like a bunch of five year olds?

“Mommy the team picked Donny and not me! That’s not FAIR!”

The more time passes the more immature the Democrats become.

It also seems to me that the Republicans in government encourage this behavior. They constantly give in to the Democrats demands. It is like when a five year old whines that he wants a cookie instead of the broccoli on his plate and you let him have it just to shut him up.

What happens the next time you serve him broccoli?

In my experience as time has passed the Democrats demands have become more and more ridiculous and their demeanor more and more shrill.

The Democrats are very much like a bunch of spoiled five year olds.

1. This bill has about as much chance of passing as Jill Stein has of taking Wisconsin after the recount.

2. If, by some fluke of the universe, this comedy passes, there is no way it will result in an impeachment.

3. This is political grandstanding at its worst. But what can you expect from E-lez-abeth Warren?

We were told that it was wrong to try to impeach Obama, that he was twice elected and it would hurt the GOP’s candidates for years to come.

What happened when the Rats went after Richard Nixon? did they lose seats or gain them? Was he twice elected?

I loathe the leftist double standard.

The peaceful transition of power from Rats to Republicans ended over half a century ago.

I think that once this plan fails, we will be looking at increasingly militant leftist resistance i.e. violent revolution in the streets complete with fires, bombs, blood shed, assassination attempts, etc.

I propose a counter battery fire of legislation that retroactively punishes anyone who abused the racial quota system for personal gain to spend the remainder of their natural life in max security federal prison.

Why can’t he simply put his properties in a “family trust,” like Bill and Hillary did?

Because Trump is not Bill and Hillary.

Duh!

The Democrats are showing their hand too early in the game.

If they are this hostile before Trump is in office, why would he change anything to meet their demands. As past Republicans have learned, it does not matter how nice you are to them, the Democrats want you dead. There is no compromising with them.

Vice President-elect Mike Pence and his wife Karen Pence to put their assets into a blind trust.

Do the Pences even have substantial assets [character and competency aside] that would cause a conflict of interest?
