Parents here illegally with their anchor babies should not be split up, they should all return back to the parents’ country of origin... immediately. Any elected officials interfering with deportation of illegal invaders should similarly face criminal charges.
The Mexican Constitution itself says that any child of a Mexican parent is of Mexican nationality and citizenship, REGARDLESS of nation of birth. Chapter II, Article 30, paragraph II

Custody follows the parents regardless of citizenship.
Parent have custody of children. not the other way around.
