Acts 21:
[40] And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,

The point of the passage regarding language is the contrast between speaking Greek to the commander and Aramaic to the Jews. The Aramaic calmed them down.

Acts 9 #28 So Saul stayed with the apostles and went all around Jerusalem with them, preaching boldly in the name of the Lord. 29 He debated with some Greek-speaking Jews, but they tried to murder him. 30 When the believers[a] heard about this, they took him down to Caesarea and sent him away to Tarsus, his hometown.”

He spoke Hebrew to both.
There would have been no reason for the question if there were any evidence that he had any fluency in Greek.
Where do you get the Aramaic nonsense??
What would be the point of speaking to Hebrews in Aramaic? There would be too little understanding. Hebrew was the language of the people, Greek was the language of government.
Ever read the Maccabees?

Acts 9:
26] And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.
[27] But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
[28] And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem.
[29] And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.
[30] Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.
[31] Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

Hebrew is an Aramaic language, but I’m just fine with saying Hebrew. However, Paul debated with Greek speakers.

Wrong.
Aramaic is a subset of ancient Hebrew which was the language of all at Babylon.

He spoke against the Greeks, not to the Greeks.
Greeks were universally despised by Judeans from the time that the altar was restored.
Read the Maccabees; they are important history.

29 and speaking boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, he was both speaking and disputing with the Hellenists, and they were taking in hand to kill him,

In Wisconsin the other day and in Orlando yesterday. That's awesome. We must hail Trump as the Restorer of Christianity in America!
