A US official (Obama admin?) says that John Brennan says he talked to Comey and Clapper and they all agree. That’s fact in today’s news.

Overall, I don’t believe WikiLeaks lived up to expectations. So many of us were expecting a big bomb to drop on her but it never did.
It is also important to remember that the mainstream media didn’t cover WikiLeaks very much. It seemed like the media tried to cover up the story.
But I guess I would agree with your points because the election was so close. I also believe that the issue that may have hurt her the most is the DNC undermining Bernie’s campaign.
