There are plenty of amateur investigators who have found the same flaws in the birth certificate.
Bear in mind that what they presented was supposed to be a photograph of the birth certificate taken from an open book of records. Do you not wonder what cause that fake roll in the left edge of the copy?
I am pretty sure that a photograph of a document would not present itself in layers, it would have to be a flat object. The fact you don't find that curious says a lot about you.
