You don’t even need that. An investigative committee of Congress can issue a congressional subpoena for the birth records. Under Hawaii law (Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18) a person with a court order from a court of competent jurisdiction can inspect a birth record. Congressional subpoenas have the legal force of a judge’s court order and failure to comply with a congressional subpoena can result in imprisonment until compliance or you can get a court order from a judge.

The Feds should arrive with court order in hand in force and prevent these Co-conspirators the opportunity to destroy evidence.
