She and other electors are civilians who have not passed a background check and are not cleared for classified info.
More importantly they are not part of any government, state or federal. They are assembled one time for one purpose, to vote for President as per the direction of each state’s legislature. The majority of state legislatures have enacted laws binding electors to the popular vote in that state. Electors have no legitimate claim whatsoever to any intelligence briefing, such briefing being completely unnecessary for the performance of their duty.
When considering such persons as Mommy Pelosi and her daughter, that thing about lizard people posing as humans gets harder and harder to disbelieve.
