A mother and father have been arrested on child abuse charges after their twin infants were found 'looking like skeletons' and suffering from gruesome infections. New parents Kevin Fowler, 25, and Aislyn Miller, 24, from Owasso, Oklahoma were booked into Tulsa Jail on Saturday. Nurses and doctors who treated the couple's children described them as extremely malnourished, with bed sores and diaper rash.

I’d say a good 50% of all people that have kids are not capable of raising them. A real shame.

Sex without guilt or consequences. Consequences= baby. Baby = government check. Money spent on lowlife ‘parents’, children suffer. Solution: STERILIZATION and incarceration. We prosecute back yard breeders of animals but allow abusive breeding of humans? ANYONE who abuses a child should be forcibly prevented from producing more victims. Males as well as females.
My brother back in Wyo used to work for the gas company, he had to go into houses and shut off the gas and turn it on again.
He said things that i just couldnt believe... and these are SMALL towns!!

For many years I have always thought that “parenting” needs to be a REQUIRED course for every high school student prior to graduation, yes, REQUIRED. There is no excuse for situations such as this article portrays. Unfortunately, there are and will continue to be, more of the same. Young people know how to create babies and certainly don’t need an educational course for that process but raising the results of their “stupidity” needs to change. Those two NEED jailing. There are numerous books and courses on how to care for children. FREE child care is available for illegals and these two apparently are NOT illegals. No excuses, the parents get what they deserve.

My youngest son was like this.
We got him in foster care when he was about 6 months old.
His biological mother was putting soda pop or tap water in his bottle.
When she would get formula she would overload the mixture and cause him to become severely constipated. He was returned to her care twice while we had in our foster care and each time he would come back weeks or months later he would be in the same condition. Eventually the state terminated her rights and we adopted him. He is 13 years old now.
His mother also used every kind of drug imaginable when she was pregnant.
Everyday when we lay down in the bed we thank the Lord for His blessing of making it through another day.
If you know any girl or woman that is pregnant and might be using drugs while pregnant, lock them in your basement and don’t let them out until they give birth. The punishment would be worth it.

Put Pictures of how the infants looked when police found the in the jail so that all in mates can see. Do that and you will only need to hold Funerals for the “” parents. The other CONs will ss to that.
I’d adopt one or both. Our adopted daughter is now 25 with twins but there is always room to save a child or children.

My adopted daughter is 5.
We took her from a meth head who was in my wife’s family.
So far, so good!
Sadly, the meth head has 2 other kids who we could not save, which is very sad. Their outcome has been preordained for them.
We adopted in Romania in 1991, an infant girl who would have been consigned to a snake pit orphanage. I happened to be stationed in Germany when communism was swept out and we made it happen. She is 25 now and has beautiful 6 mo old twin boys.
we thank the Lord for His blessing of making it through another day.
