Not really. Other than us political fanatics that follow this stuff, this recount business wasn't even on the radar for most people. It never did gain much traction and even where they actually had a recount (WI), the vote didn't change by more than maybe a couple dozen which had zero impact on Trump's 22,000+ victory there.
I am glad the whole sorry business is over. I believe a week from today is when the electoral college votes and then it's over, over.

Heard a report on the local Pittsburgh news this morning that despite tens of thousands of e-mails and calls—essentially harassment—the PA electors were planning to stand firm and vote for Trump.

“Most importantly, there is no credible evidence that any ‘hack’ occurred, and compelling evidence that Pennsylvania’s voting system was not in any way compromised,” Diamond wrote. He also said the lawsuit suffered from a lack of standing, potentially the lack of federal jurisdiction and an “unexplained, highly prejudicial” wait before filing last week’s lawsuit."
