My theory is they are desperate as hell, in full panic mode, because they know once Trump takes office indictments are coming down. The US government has never been more corrupt than what it is now. Every single area, from the Whitehouse, the justice depth, all the way down the line is completely comprimised.
Saddam Hussain did have weapons of mass destruction, he even fired chemical weapons onour troops.
Obama looks to declare the election null and void, seize power and finished our demise as a free nation.
Unfortunately for Obama, even if the report shows it is true, no one is going to believe it. This is the man who brought us a massacre at Benghazi and told us it was because of a video. He is the Fake News President. Only the far left will believe him...and this final act will only add the distance of division...sealing his legacy as “The Great Divider.”
One has to consider the possibility of a shadow government that's behind "knowledge" of world affairs. It could explain why Trump is opting for lots of billionaires not part of the gov for his choices. It might be the only way to get a loyal slate of advisors.

The secretary of state of Georgia is asking the Department of Homeland Security to explain what appears to be an attempted breach of the state’s computer systems that house its voter registration database by someone in the federal government.
In a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson dated Thursday, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brian Kemp said the state had discovered an unsuccessful attempt to breach the firewall of state computer systems. The attempt occurred on Nov. 15 and was linked to an IP address associated with DHS, he said.
“At no time has my office agreed to or permitted DHS to conduct penetration testing or security scans of our network,” wrote Mr. Kemp, a Republican. “Moreover, your department has not contacted my office since this unsuccessful incident to alert us of any security event that would require testing or scanning of our network.”
“We are looking into the matter. DHS takes the trust of our public and private sector partners seriously, and we will respond to Secretary Kemp directly,” a spokeswoman for DHS said. (Excerpt) Read more at wsj.com ...

Trump is correct. Even Colin Powell in 2007 said an element in the intel community intentionally misled them about WMDs.
Interesting that the CIA has taken the Globull Warming approach to undermining those they don't agree with.
Time to wipe the CIA clean and start over. They're full of political hacks. The damage Obama has done to our intelligence community is on full display here.

I love Trump’s reply. The article was an attempt to undermine the Trump presidency. He shows he’s not going to take it.
I don’t trust the CIA. They benefit by us having foreign conflict. They need to have boogymen. They need continued funding. It’s good for their careers.
They would rather make Russians the boogeyman instead of the muzzies. I consider crazy muzzies a far greater threat than I do the Russians.
The CIA was wrong in Iraq. They were also wrong in Libya, Egypt, and on so many other things. Unfortunately, I believe they’re overly political and controlled by liberals.
I read Obama wants the review done before Trump takes office. There is only ONE reason to ask for that. He better not mess with the peaceful transition of power or the non-peaceful result will not be pretty.
