Federal Judge Paul Diamond heard arguments today.
The computer science expert whose opinions catapulted presidential election recounts into the national spotlight today admitted in a federal courtroom in Philadelphia that there’s no evidence Pennsylvania’s voting systems were hacked.
Meanwhile, an expert witness testifying on behalf of the GOP — which is working to protect electors for President-elect Donald Trump — said the likelihood that Pennsylvania’s voting system was hacked is about as likely as aliens living among us. It’s possible, but there’s no evidence to show it’s happening.

This judge should tell Stein that she has no standing in regards to a recount, but if her real concern is election integrity that he will order that the machines/ballots remain sealed. Then that after Jan 20, 2017 she can ask to have her computer/IT experts examine the machines and the software for evidence of tampering, (of course it must be done under close observation of a court appointed Master). Problem solved!!!
The delay means less time to count votes, I would think that is an indicator itself of the judges opinion.
Flipping electors is part of the plan as well. Rumor has it up to 15 electors
And a hand recount in Chester County Pa was just started as well.
My only concern for the moment is if Milwaukee county is holding back any votes. I keep hearing about absentee ballots not being counted.
The judge’s delay until Monday suggests that he might be doing something like what you say. Time is not of the essence if the only purpose of Stein’s inquiry is to examine evidence, as can be done at any time, rather than to flip or discount electors. Of course, Stein is lying about her purposes, but the judge can treat her obvious lies as if they were the truth.
Whole passel of “judges” need to be put in stocks in the local town square for all to heave rotten crap at them for their legislating from the bench.
Either stocks or dragged behind a pickup truck.
These recount threads are click bait for the tin-foil hat crowd. Hillary Clinton is not going to be president, stop acting like scared losers. It’s over, been over.
