Eh, I think the appeals court will defer to the state in this case, or simply rule that Stein lacks standing. I don’t see it going anywhere.

WI is almost done and PA awaits judicial review.

What an utter annoyance she’s been post-election. Hard to believe how badly the recount failed, I mean laughable doesn’t even begin to sum it up. Jill, just F.O. somewhere ok sweetie?

The issue previously in the US court was starting recounts and has already been to the 6th which sent it back down to the district court for dissolution following the state's appeals court ruling.
Unless I’m mistaken, I’m pretty sure appeals from a State Supreme Court can only be appealed to the US Supreme Court. Most likely that would result in a refusal to hear the case, or a 4-4 tie resulting in the MI Supreme Court decision standing.
I was hoping this would have continued. I don’t want the ballot boxes with more votes than signed voters to disappear, and I fear they are going down the memory home before they can be investigated further. While Stein tilted at windmills they couldn’t be destroyed. Now bye bye ballots.
I won't consider it over until noon on January 20. Liberals are pulling out all the stops to prevent Trump from becoming President.

It was a 3-2 ruling, the court said the MI Court of Appeals correctly ruled that Stein was ineligible to pursue a recount.
This COULD end Stein’s recount quest. She could still try a federal appeal to the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals or even the U.S. Supreme Court.
The recount invites legal battles in both state and federal courts about whether a candidate with zero chance of winning was qualified to request a recount. The recount is void. With 39% of recount complete, Clinton gained 102 votes. Cost $3,000,000.
Stein plans a protest rally Saturday.
They will be reimbursing Stein for where she overpaid for non recounted precincts.
But, it’s still premature since there’s a chance the MI SC could resume the recount.

I wonder if Hillary! had counted on Jill rather than face (accurate) hypocrisy charges, given her reaction to Trump’s statement about accepting the election results? Is she now kicking herself in the rear for NOT petitioning for recounts on her own behalf?
It’s not over until Trump is sworn in. Until then, our side needs to stay on this.

CA6 isn’t going to over-rule the district court decision that halted the recount. It barely let it continue the first time they heard the case.
