There are over 50,000 provisional and absentee ballots in Milwaukee. The margin of victory for Trump in WI is about 22,000. This means the 50,000 or so ballots in the city have already been counted and what we are waiting for is a RE count total.

Whenever provisional and absentee ballots ANYWHERE are equal too or more than the margin of difference between the candidates those ballots, all of them are counted and the totals applied to candidates. This is why the state was called for Trump.

The 'rats are probably eager to stop counting because they've been trying their darndest to NOT count or report the absentee votes in the city of Milwaukee.

They could have finished that 4 days ago! So why that delay?

It could be a good sign that they previously cheated there BIGLY, And the recount might expose them ...and send someone to prison.
