Marine Barracks 8th and I. Dress Blues, rifles and bayonets. You do not want to screw with Marines with fixed bayonets.

Remember what FDR did after his first inaugural? The festivities were canceled and they went to work. Genius. Turning inaugurals into business events rather than glamorous celebrity galas would be refreshingly different.

But, hey I’m the guy who thinks the Olympics ought return to its roots and feature only events that showcase warrior abilities and track and field. After all it was the games of 1936 which showcased the Nazi pomp and invented the torch ceremony.
