Yes, yes, yes. This is an outrageous, egregious accusation. I'm not sure if Scavino would even be considered a public figure for legal purposes, which would set the bar quite a bit lower for him to prevail in a defamation suit. I hope he sues and that President elect Trump pays his legal expenses.
