“My wife just said, “But he’s a guy...what does he know about labor?”

(She’s in a silly mood today.)”

Love it

He does have the mark against him of being from California, the land of fruits and nuts and bad tasting fruit and poor quality wine and wacko liberals and over abundant illegals. But other than that, he does have interesting models market his hamburgers.

No, it’s just a poorly constructed sentence. There is only a Labor Secretary.

You were probably just pointing that out and if so, kudos for the brilliant wit!

I think Walker is needed in Wisconsin. It is one thing to appoint an office holder from a Ruby-Red state, another thing entirely to appoint one from a historically blue state with a purpulish tinge.

Amazing the different tastes. My wife and a son, who used to be a chef think that CK’s hamburgers are the best hamburges not just fast food burgers. I think that they are good.

We don’t care for In and Out, BK’s and Wendy’s.

McD’s plain cheese burgers with grilled onions is #2 for us.

“... Instead of focusing on stepping up workplace regulation to create jobs and higher wages, ...”

Only lefties believe more regulation creates more jobs for more money in the private sector. Food stamps and welfare, of course, help the most in their views.

I’ve always consider Hardees to be cardburgers.

My favorite burger is fresh shaped ground beef. That generally excludes all but local joints that make them that way. (Terry’s Turf Club near River Downs race Track and Amelia, Ohio is a good example)

If I had to pick a fast food burger, I’d go back to the early days at Wendy’s. They are now tiny caricatures of their old burgers, but the memory still lives.

Longhorn probably has the best burger on the chain market right now.

Looks like Donald Trump is putting in people who are qualified instead of being political commissars like the democrats choose.

I think I heard this guy on a radio program a few years ago. He was explaining how difficult it was to open a restraunt in California as opposed to Texas. A year and a half vs. six weeks. All due to anti-commerce regulations.

If this is the same guy, he’s going to be great.
