Just heard on the radio that the Phoenix Va Hosp. only has 1 star out of 5, lowest of the hospitals.
Tucson has 2 whole stars out of 5.
We need a VA Sec. that will fire all the top administration and ask questions later. Fire with NO benefits package too.

I can tell you that they need to just overhaul and privatize the VA.
The unions are a BIG problem. Job protection clauses make it nearly impossible to remove inefficient/unsatisfactory workers.
I was in a merit based PRIVATE union.
I DESPISE public unions.
It took me 5 months to get in to see a doctor, for an initial consultation, at the Phoenix VA Hospital! GRRR! I stopped going. Two words- Public Unions!
My health provider is now me- and my program is hiking long distances with a heavy backpack carrying all I need to survive (and thrive).
The REALLY SAD thing about this Phoenix VA. is that BASTARD McShame is the SENATOR from this state, you know the one EVERYONE has declared a WAR HERO!!! This SOB has used HUGE money from government contractors such as Boeing to retain his seat and the retirees in AZ. are to senile to realize this SOB is NO WAR HERO!!!!
