I have been watching. The last thing I see is a high of 57 here and 65 at home....and sunny all the way or at least most of it.
I would rather it be cloudy, but not stormy! LOL!

I don’t do well in it...not that I can’t drive in it, but because the others around me make me very, very nervous!
My son had to have his car winterized yesterday. The windshield wiper fluid that he had when he went up there was a solid block of ice that had to be thawed in order to put the stuff that doesn’t freeze in the container in the car.
He’ll also have to get all-weather tires and chains. They have some periods when it’s mandatory to have chains. I’ll nearly bet he’ll have to end up getting an engine warmer, too, so the oil doesn’t freeze. I think I’ll just stay here in Texas!
Bet Kathy knows all about that stuff! LOL!

Good evening/morning, Luv...an important day in our American history that must not be forgotten.
Snow keeps me at home and it’s because of other drivers. Dad taught me how to drive on it but apparently others around here weren’t taught.
Fortunately, we don’t get much snow these days but the cycle is swinging back to snowier winters, like we had when I was a kid.
It would have been nice if someone up there had warned your son about the need for winterizing the car. At least he’s getting it done now. One of those engine warmers is probably a must up there. Have you checked the Jackson Hole cam you sent the link to lately? BRRRRRR!
I’d never heard of them until a cousin came down to visit from Canada several years ago. I asked why there was a cord with a plug on it hanging out of the grill and he told me about the heater.
Yep, Kathy most likely DOES know all about that stuff. :-)

I DO have one of those cords hanging out the front of my car. Thankfully I’ve never had to plug in because we have a garage.
The windshield wiper fluid has anti-freeze, or something in it, so it doesn’t freeze.
The crud continues and I’ve run out of gas and am going to bed.
Tomorrow at 7p my time I’m going to a stem cell seminar. So I’ll be here for a bit after posting, but then back later.

Glad it doesn’t get that cold here, though it has gotten cold enough to freeze the water in the battery a few times.

Okay, I go on reserve meaning that I’ll fly to my base which will be in Denver and hang around the crew quarters in case I’m needed to fill in for a crew member. I’ll be there for like four days and come home, then go back. Later I’ll become a line pilot where I can bid on flights, kinda complicated.
