You’re going to be seeing a shift in the way the media covers the news in the coming years with the change in management at the White House. Even though the inauguration is still quite a few weeks away, that process has already begun. Just to take one of the more glaring examples which you can reliably track each and every month, let’s take a look at the Washington Post’s coverage of the jobs reports which come out every month.

In the Obama numbers, I’m almost certain that one worker working 3 part time jobs has been counted 3 times.

And the problem went away the minute Bill Clinton was elected. Like a light switch being turned off.

On a separate note, the election of Donald Trump has created homeless crisis.

In just two short months, the homeless population, which has been totally non existent in the United States of America for the last 8 years of Obama led national plenty and economic dynamism , will explode in to a full blown national crisis at precisely 1pm on Jan 20, 2017.

I remember the daily homeless stories. They reappeared during Bush, and disappeared the last 8 years, when in fact, due to the crappy economy, its been worse.

We have long joked that on January 21 2017, the media will suddenly discover homeless people, phony unemployment numbers, etc.

Of course, that overnight transition would be a little too stark and noticeable. So ... they start in early December and build slowly to fullbore, non-stop coverage of the “disastrous Trump economy”. If called upon it, the media can say, “Hey, we started to cover this stuff back when Obama was president” — sure they covered it: for about a month!!!

The people of Honolulu wouldn’t agree.

The One never seems to notice them while on Christmas vacation.

By the end of January/beginning of February they will discover the actual unemployment rate of around 20%.

For those who did not live in the 80s the MSM would have a daily report on homelessness.

And most of it consisted of lies, bullshit, and numbers invented out of thin air because somebody demanded a number.

But they still won’t acknowledge that a higher percentage than ever (of working age people) are out of the work force, and that the true unemployment rate is more like 12-15% than 4.6%.

I was wondering when the term "McJobs" would return. This term fit the Bath House era perfectly, but was never used.

It will be used in spades by the MSM for the Trump era.

How about the “misery index,” when was the last time you heard that one being reported?
