Most states must believe fraud does not exist. Doubt those mismatches were "poll worker error."

Detroit precincts showed 97% voter participation. Tat is a red flag in and of itself.

The fraud needs to be investigated when discovered, not swept under the rug.

That’s beyond absurd.

I suggest a temporary post to COMPLETELY renovate the countrywide voting system, requiring voter ID EVERYWHERE, sending in proof of ID with absentee vote to be checked by repub and dem, and anything else Freepers can think of.

Trump can’t wait till the last minute in 2019. I know this sounds crazy but leftists and muslims plan DECADES ahead, we can plan a few years ahead.

Yes. Agree the law has its shortcomings. Makes it easy to lock in fraud: commit fraud; fudge the numbers on the seal; shazam, the fraud is locked in.

Then again, who knows what mischief would occur during the recount.

And for the 97% turnout, I wonder if there is video showing the long lines for all those folks to queue up and vote. Post-count, it would be very telling to unofficially recount those precincts.

You doubt the civic fervor of the residents of inner city Detroit.

Oh. ye of little faith.

In today's Democrat Urban environment, registering to vote is pretty much the same as voting.

If you can't make it to the polls, those nice Democrats vote for you.

Often, when you do show up to vote, you find that they have already voted for you anyway.

So they give you a provisional ballot to vote again.

Democracy is a wonderful thing.

The single most important thing we can do with all Government programs, especially welfare, is to have periodic purging of the rolls followed by re registration in order to eliminate fraud.

Several states have set up this policy for welfare and have cleared out 70% of the enrollees due to fraud

That’s a GREAT idea.

Can’t imagine how many would be too afraid to show up.

But how do you do that with voting polls?

...Ingham County (Michigan), where, “six of 30 precincts from Lansing could not be recounted” because of a hole in a ballot container.

Geesh, how else do they expect to get the fake ballots in there for gosh sakes?

The law was probably written to prevent introducing new ballots after the election. They should recount and take whichever total is lower, total vote wise. That protects against election day fraud as well.

Voting is the easiest of all.

In many states, until a few years back, people had to register for each election.

In Arizona, if you don’t vote in two national elections you are dropped from the voter rolls.

too afraid to show up.

The problem with this is that too afraid to show up = voter of color repression in the eyes of the Left-wing US Judiciary.

97% is not possible considering the demographics of Detroit. There is a large dead voter participation rate included in that impossible number.

Yes he does and that’s a good thing.

However, Judicial Activism needs to be fought everywhere it appears. It appears to be engrained into most lawyers’ brains...

According to the Constitution, ONLY the Congress gets to MAKE law. The Executive enforces said law, and the judiciary decides whether THAT law is followed correctly or has been broken.

The people are represented through Congress, not some judge’s court.

You nailed it, but how do you enforce such a thing?

Why did Founding Fathers give judges so much power?
