Early voting is highly organized in Black churches in Florida: on the appointed day, the congregation turns out, goes to the prayer service, then gets on the bus and goes to vote, and then goes to a deluxe picnic. This is usually paid for the Dems as part of their GOTV effort.
Election night and the next day were some of the happiest times I can remember. WOW! That was fun!
I`ve always felt that Comey`s actions helped Trump. Not that I`m crediting him with good intentions, but the end result was that his waffling probably demonstrated the corruption of not just Clinton, but the whole establishment, better than any other scenario could have.
I drank almost a whole bottle of bubbly and we stayed up to listen to Trump victory speech, I got up and went to work the next day! was a bit tired but overall it was AWESOME! LOL!

"Vote By Mail" balloting was until recent years called "Absentee Voting" and did require a reason to be excused in order to receive a ballot, then the Democrats and their willing partners in the Republican Party decided that all you had to do was a request a ballot to receive one in the mail. Then if you add "Early Voting" which was the next step in making it more convenient for "working families" (read that as union members) to vote, it now results in a majority of votes being cast before Election Day.
For as long as I continue to vote it will be on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November...unless I'll be away on that day.
I strongly disapprove of "early voting" for many reasons.
I believe that Comey effectively giving Hillary the all clear two days before election day motivated conservatives against Hillary even more than it helped Hillary.
Was it intentional on his part?
There is no doubt that Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama leaned on Comey to quash any hard evidence and potential charges against Hillary.
But did Comey figure out a way to do an end run around them in spite of their overt support of Hillary and without actually disobeying orders?
It seems like a very real possibility.
Will we ever really know?
I wouldn't be surprised to see an avalanche of in-depth tell-all books about the entire collection of Hillary/Clinton "Charity" scandals as soon as Trump is in office.

He obviously doesn’t know what he is talking about.
