Sort of, They favor and have been working towards a One World Government since the League of Nations was created. The only way to achieve that goal is to Destroy All Nations first, Massive Immigration,Poverty,Constant Currency Devaluation.... And every culture would have to be destroyed, as well. Not that every culture would be missed, but to reduce humanity to monotonous sameness, no differences anywhere on the planet. Who wants to live in a homogenous world?
