It takes a long time to generate false documents that will stand up to close inspection. This is not the same as changing the dates on a driver’s license to buy beer.
Figuring a 10% pad to allow for disputes, the dimocrats need to manufacture at least 125,000 to pull event. Add another 25,000 (or more) to have a “clear” win and you start with 150,000 ballots that have to come from somewhere.
Just throwing out existing ballots will not do it; they have to be replaced.
