Odd that she is only targeting states where Trump won by razor-thin margins. Why not also recount New Hampshire (Hillary by 0.4%)?

Because nobody would donate a penny for a recount effort in a state that was won by the losing candidate. Trump supporters would be smart enough not to waste their money on that.

Republicans should demand recounts in California, New York, Massachussetts and Illinois. So what if the outcome won’t change? It’s about the integrity of the process.

Agreed. My point is that the GOP should at least go through the initial motions here. Let the Dem's know that they are not the only ones who will consider a recount.
