Sheena Greitens was robbed by multiple people while in her car at a coffee shop parking lot... Greitens, a former Navy SEAL officer, said he is "now, more than ever, focused on the mission of creating safer neighborhoods."

Greitens’s idea of gun control is likely to mean “hitting the target”. One of his ads for governor showed him grinning as he fired a machine gun.

Then when you are Gov., get Constitutional carry passed that make permits unnecessary.

St. Louis Police Department spokesperson Schron Jackson tells Missourinet that Mrs. Greitens had just left a restaurant in the 3900 block W. Pine and was seated inside her vehicle on the parking lot looking at her cellphone when her car door was suddenly opened by a black male suspect.

Years ago there was a story on one of those true crime shows. A young pregnant woman, driving on a hot dark night decides to stop for a cold drink from a vending machine. She sits in her car, windows down, sipping away as another car pulls in and some guy gets out.

Now at this point, I’m thinking ...start the car and pull way NOW. In fact, I wouldn’t have even stopped...but that’s just me. BUT NO, she continues slurping away up to the point the guys opens the door and brutally attacks her.

She manages to drive after the attack and ends up following her attacker for a bit.

That story always stuck in my head. No way I am checking my phone if I am by myself.

Now that they have been caught, it is time for a trial an then punishment.

Despite their ages, they did adult crimes -- at least 3 felonies, two with firearms enhancement.

If they can do adult crimes, I vote for adult punishment. 10+ years for each of them.

So they live *in* the City of St Louis.I would have expected them to be from a suburb of St Louis or Kansas City.IIRC Ferguson is either a section of St Louis or a suburb.

3900 W Pine Blvd is just West of St Louis University near the trendy/upscale area known as the Central West End. This is part of the City of St Louis, nowhere near Ferguson.
