ANGELA Merkel today completed an astonishing U-turn as she formally endorsed a full burka ban following a backlash over her open-door migration policies.
The German chancellor made the comments at a Christian Democratic Union (CDU) conference having recently declared she will seek re-election.
The German chancellor also said she would avoid a repeat of the huge migrant influx that occurred under her watch last year
She told the annual congress that it was legitimate to expect integration from newcomers, underlining her party’s bid to ban the full face veil.
“The full veil must be banned wherever it is legally possible,” she said to a large round of applause.
Merkel also stressed her determination to ensure that there’s no repeat of last year’s huge migrant influx as she seeks a new two-year term in charge of her conservative party.
Too little.... too late.
Whose betting this would last until she’s re-elected which hopefully she isn’t.

The liberals are already clutching their pearls over this.

But of course the majority of the invaders are men so the burka ban would not pertain to them.

This is a woman who is in TROUBLE.
Sounds like she decided to do some real polls instead of relying on the media and fake polls ala Hillary’s campaign.
They ought not to wait for her to stand for re-election, she should be swinging by her neck from a gaslight tonight.
