Considering that they donate to abortuaries, perhaps they’re afraid that their stores will spontaneously ignite if they play music like that.
They do play some real Christmas music, though. The Drummer Boy and Silent Night . . . there are others I can’t think of now. I think their choices are more for popularity reasons than musical excellence. And they do try to be “diverse.”
