I've already been involuntarily inducted into the government-run annual fee system for Whites to pay Blacks.
The fees are due every April 15.

Just add up the total tax dollars spent on urban (mostly black) housing projects over the last 40 years to say nothing of food pantries and soup kitchens provided by people for the poor. Actually, these local means of fighting hunger are the best means, not the huge governmental monster that consumes the fruit of our labor and then tells us it is not enough.
