12th Amendment:

The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;—The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;—The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President.

If those states do not send electors, then are those electors subtracted from the whole number of electors appointed from all the states? It make a tremendous difference.

Except from the 12th amendment:

"The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed ;"

Trump will easily win if it's true as Hillary has zero chance of flipping all 3 states, which is what she must do to win.

Actually they will probably have things firmed up one week before the Electoral College meets. That’s really the drop dead date for recounts and normal challenges.

Now suits in Florida too. If they succeed in prevent the electors from these 4 states from voting that would put Hillary Clinton ahead in the Electoral College vote 232-231. That is before the possibility of faithless electors is even considered.

This will not be allowed to happen and the remaining democrats leaders and their judges would not want to be part of that if they have 2 brain cells left to rub together. You do not win anything this way but you do start a civil war and democrats would be considered the people stealing the election. It would be a massive disaster for them for decades to come.

I tend to agree with your statement.

In a sane world the recount states should not want the recount process in the first place, and will do their absolute best to get it done. They should see it as an insult to their integrity as well as a low-life move on behalf of the left.

Most counties in those states are red, which would fit my scenario above. The blue ones will be under a microscope, and I really think they want it over with too.

I hope you’re right. Meanwhile, they are working a plan to push all of these recounts into federal court where they will probably get a favorable decision in a federal appellate court just prior to a 4-4 split supreme court case. The narrative of a foreign actor or hacker is not fully developed and will be soon, whatever is going on there that they plan to release soon. They clearly have a plan and we would be foolish to not consider all angles here. Trump is the first person in as long as I can remember that’s not in the establishment’s club. I do believe they are willing to steal it right before Christmas and then have 10 days to let people try to forget it. I do agree, if they do it, it will be a trigger event for some sort of civil war or very significant civil unrest.

Good grief! It has been explained here many times that at this point TRUMP only needs a MAJORITY of the electoral votes on the 19th. Even without MI, WI or PA he would still have the majority of those states voting! There is nothing to worry about other than democrats are a bunch of jackasses. Regarding Wisconsin (and I believe Michigan): if the recounts aren’t completed before 12/19, the vote will be certified based on the original counts, not the recounts. Not sure what the law says in Pennsylvania, but it’s probably something similar.
