In any case, I’m buying the book and not voting for the man.

You're right. He was, then he wasn't, then he hated Trump, then he voted for him reluctantly, and now he seems to be on board - mainly as a way of sticking it to the left.
Kurt is one of those guys who will gleefully ditch Trump the instant Trump does something he doesn't like.
But he's a fun writer, and for now, his stuff is readable.
I've followed and unfollowed him a bunch of times on Twitter, because when he's good, he's very very good.
