Einstein said that if he were given one hour to solve a problem, he would spend 55 minutes defining the problem. Knowing what the problem really is, allows for its quick solution.
At issue today is that everyone is spending 59 minutes and 30 seconds providing solutions with little or no time spent on understanding and defining the problem. (Forum members excluded)
