Federal courts have zero jurisdiction over the state law of elections.

They did in 2000, in practice if not in law.

Not that I think any of this recount crap is more than an exercise in fanning the flames of the hard-left constituency.

no the 2000 ruling was that state law prevails!!— therefore the Secretary of State certification under state law prevailed!! This is third world bogus bull crap. There is no jurisdiction what so ever.
