The State needs to investigate those situations and incarcerate those responsible for fraud.

Michigan should just tell the Fed (from his mouth) Law Giver to go pound sand.

Its a Federal Election. Thats how the USSC got involved in the Florida recount...They did not want to be involved, they kept sending it back to the Fla SC. Telling them to get it right, till that had enough and shut it down.

They scanned ballots more than once, so there were more votes than voters. Its called fraud. Well then when they eliminate the dead democRATS, recount over!

Schuette was on Fox news today. I just posted a recap, not much new but at least he is trying. I love that he called the feds a takeover.

Hopefully a showdown coming. Our AG is hitting the appeals court tomorrow afternoon - just posted his recap from his appearance on Fox news.
I don't know what power they have against the feds, but they are sure trying.
Love Schuette. Love him. Rumored to run for gov next time and you can bet I will be helping however I can.

IN THIS LINKED ARTICLE FROM THE DETROIT NEWS THE ELECTION CHAIR FOR DETROIT *** ADMITS *** THAT WORKERS RUN BALLETS THROUGH MULTIPLE TIMES. AND SUGGESTS THEY “SHOULD” ADJUST COUNT BUT DON’T. Hello President Elect. Send your Manhatten Law Team to Wayne County FAST. No wonder they are claiming many precincts cannot be recounted. Too many people would go to JAIL. Sorry for CAPs but SHEESH. 8O

If there are duplicates both must be removed from total. DJT win wil go up to 5% if they fix that problem.

You know, that’s a good point!
I too think all this does is rile up the snowflakes, but to what end? To hate Trump even more?
At some point, they’ll reach the cost of diminishing returns.
I still stand by the following:
1. On Jan 21st, Trump WILL be the 45 President of the United States of America.
2. All these recounts and indeed the bitter hatred of Trump from the Left wing extremists is having an equal and opposite effect. Regular people just want to move on. The Left is starting to piss them off.
3. Surely the voters of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania are being assaulted here, as if they cannot handle a fair election like the other 47 states? I think this hurts their pride a little, and lessons democrat/Leftist appeal in their states.

I read the link. It says 10,704 votes is a “razor-thin” margin?!

The Federal courts have no authority with regard to the appointment of electors by the Legislature of Michigan.
Filing an appeal a) recognizes the authority of the court (mistake); and b) binds the appellant to the outcome (very bad mistake).

Its a Federal ElectionIt most certainly is not.
Article I confers on Congress the power to legislate regarding rules for the election of Representatives and Senators. These are, therefore, Federal elections. Article II confers sole power to appoint electors on State Legislatures, by whatever means they choose. The Federal government has nothing to do with it (other than fixing the date for the Electoral College to vote). The balloting that occurs within states to appoint electors are NOT Federal elections. Article III confers on no court any authority over elections OR the appointment of electors.

Kind of convenient that they had multiple incidences that required replacing the ballots into the machines. And then “forgot” to instruct the machine to only count one vote. I think we will see why they didn’t want to recount the ballots.
