Wisconsin Recount Results Day 4 & 3: Trump Grows Lead
Heavy ^ | 12/05/2016 | By Jessica McBride

Wisconsin recount returns for day 4 show that Donald Trump has continued to inch ahead of Hillary Clinton, gaining just over three dozen more net votes.

The Election Commission does not add up recount returns when they come in, but, rather, places the raw numbers on a spreadsheet that includes each reporting municipality. Heavy has tallied the returns by county from the Election Commission’s day 4 spreadsheet (it also includes returns from days 1, 2, and 3.) The December 4 spreadsheet is updated with more new returns each day. Details on gained and lost vote counts per county are listed later in this article.

What’s happening is this: Each major candidate is losing small numbers of votes here or there in the $3.5 million recount, but each is also gaining small numbers of votes here or there, so it is all basically a wash, as Trump slightly extends his lead and day 4 shows no indications of any significant change. Wisconsin uses a mixture of paper ballots and machines for voting, and some returns are being counted by hand, but others are not.

Day 4 totals:

Trump gained 356 votes
Trump lost 246 votes
Trump net gain on day 4: 110 votes

Clinton gained 296 votes
Clinton lost 225 votes
Clinton net gain on day 4: 71 votes

Thus, Trump has inched ahead by another net 39 votes as of day 4 of the recount.

The totals don’t count the City of Milwaukee; Some other websites are adding those in, but it’s extremely misleading to do so at this point. That’s because the City of Milwaukee’s wards currently show large deficits for each candidate in lost votes,

Day 5 update spreadsheet just out — this reflects only last night’s results, so really only 1/2 day past the spreadsheet previous. (Which had just under 1.1 million votes recounted):

1.25 million votes now recounted — 43% of the total. Dane county starting to report, but Madison won’t report anything til later today. Milwaukee reporting well underway, but results are impartial because absentees are to be counted for that county last.

No sign of any significant change in vote count from Election Day night — still.

Question re where Hillary gained votes.

“Where da rich white folk live?” (thank you Clevon Little).

Really. Having never been to Wisconsin, outside of the Un. of Wisc. Madison, I don’t know much about where the Left is the strongest.

In Virginia the rich white liberals live in Arlington, Fairfax, and now Loudon Counties, plus Alexandria City. The real working people live further down the roads except for a few of us who are old-times to those cities/counties (and we are being taxed out of our homes).

I’d like to know if there really are “rich white folk” who vote for the Democrats, and then why. Insanity must be treated wherever it is.

Milwaukee county contains the big city of Milwaukee. Pro Hillary.

Dane county contains Madison city. Pro Hillary.

"•No illegals allowed to vote under any circumstance (of course we expect the majority of them to be deported under Trump)"

Not only should illegals not be allowed to vote, but ANY foreigner here (or abroad) should be allowed to vote in our elections...regardless of immigration status.

In other words, for those in Rio Linda...only CITIZENS of this country should be allowed to vote.

The trouble with a recount is that the Dems know exactly how many votes they need to come up with.

HAHAHAHA if Trump retains WI, and assume he loses both PA & MI in recount (PA highly unlikely), the result: TRUMP 270, Hillary 268!

India, the worlds most populous democracy has issued nearly 800 Million voter ID cards with photo to those who can prove citizenship. While no one has ever asked me to show them my citizenship certificate or photo ID since 1972 election.

I do not think the US Constitution says 270 EV’s needed. Because at the time it was written there were fewer states. All that is needed is simple majority of total EV’s accepted.

SO why does it matter if WI. Mi & PA do not finish the recount in time?
