Why is a Federal judge getting involved with this exactly?

That’s where Stein took it along with her ambulance chasing, DNC head, lawyer from Michigan: Brewer.

You don’t believe, even for a minute, that Barry would appoint a straight-up honest person of character to the federal bench, do you? Stein has no standing. The judge is a hack.

Stein sued for what she claimed to be an equal protection and due process violation. (14th amendment). Why the judge took the case ? RAT judge ?

The public reason was to not wait the state-law-required two days to begin the recount...sniff, sniff, because we deserve an answer sooner.

The real reason was to overrule our AG Schuette's filing with the MI SC which would have heard him on Tuesday and the 5-2 repub SC here would have probably stopped the recount entirely.

Because along with his ruling to begin the recount immediately he also added that it was to continue until his court said it could stop.

Exactly. How does a Federal judge have jurisdiction over a state matter as the first venue? It should have to go through the state court system first - then if there is a Federal question it gets appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
