I read through it as best I can. I’m not an attorney but I have a decent level of reading comprehension. As best I can tell, the entire situation as described was severely disordered. Incompetence apparently was exercised by everyone involved in this specific case.

The RNC lawyer needs to be fired & replaced with someone competent who LIKES to fight. Makes me think many of the RNC attorneys could be establishment types who haven’t been removed yet.
