Anyone hear if lawyers for Trump and the MI AG are seeking an immediate stay and appeal of this ruling with the conservative leaning 6th circuit today? It would only take one conservative 6th circuit appellate justice to issue a temporary stay until a 3 judge will panel can be assembled to hear the appeal!

It would amount to legal malpractice if they didn’t!!

There has been no response from what I can find from any Michigan GOP official or Trump campaign lawyer.
I’m surprised that in the 10 hours since this ruling came out we have nothing.
