Regardless, the Russians are winning in Syria and the US government is still losing a trillion a year. Who has the the best position in that scenario ?

I do believe we had military bases there in the 70’s. Should we return? Think Reagan and Pershing missiles in 83’.

I think the world is realizing we have had Trillions wasted and lost to corruption through the administration of the Klown and those days are coming to an end. I believe McLame and a few thought that toppling Assad would deprive the Russians of the base in the Med but they got screwed by Hillary trying to help the Sunnis in Qatar and Saudi. Outside of crushing ISIS I don’t see why we care about Assad at this point.
