I would guess more New Yorker’s retiring there and voting in both states like they have for decades.
The Tampa area is where Clinton lost Florida. There was no enthusiasm for her there and there was enthusiasm there for Trump.
This can be seen in rally turnout (photos http://freerepublic.com/focus/news/3501218/posts?page=81#81) as well as voting turnout.
Hillsborough county voted Democrat in 2012 and again in 2016, however voter turnout decreased by 1 percentage point. The decrease is more remarkable considering that voter turnout in Florida was up by over 3 points.
Just across the causeway from Tampa, Pinellas county saw turnout increase by 4 points - and flip from Democrat to Republican.
Tampa likely was a big part of her losing Florida. Losing Monroe and St. Lucie counties didn’t help either.
I need to look, but hypothetically, the raw number vote in PR should be down in part to account for the number that moved to FLA.
Something sure as hell happened strange in Miami-Dade county.
Obama 2012 total votes 540,776
Romney 2012 total votes 332,602
Hillary 2016 total votes 623,006
Trump 2016 total votes 333,666
The Republican vote for Miami-Dade is almost identical between 2012 and 2016.
Hillary received 82,230 more votes than Obama did the previous election cycle. The population growth over the last 4 years has been about 3-1/2 percent or an increase in population of approximately 90,000. That does not mean 90,000 new voters but includes children of non voting age, 20%. It defies logic that Hillary would pick up all plus more of the voters that moved to Miami-Dade. Hillary was the least liked and controversial candidate the Democrats have ran since LBJ. Obama was very well liked in Miami-Dade. It defies belief that Hillary would get a greater percentage of the vote in Miami-Dade than Obama.
I do think there was massive voter fraud in Miami-Dade. I think the Democrat party bet all their marbles on Florida never suspecting that Trump would win Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. They were counting on winning Florida, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. and Trump winning Ohio.
She selected Tim Cain as her VP to seal the deal for Virginia and that part of her plan worked.
If you read the lawsuit, he is filing on behalf of Hillary.

Doesn’t matter. He is alleging fraud. The fraud is one way. It doesn’t matter to Mrs Bill if it is she that loses votes in Broward. The point is to remove Florida’s electors from the EC vote and Broward is the obvious target for getting that done because Broward was caught shredding absentee ballots. I don’t think it will fly because of the fact that an honest recount, if it catches fraud, can only go against the one who already lost. The officials in Broward could conceivably “find” cartons of votes under desks and the like but it cannot affect the outcome now.Remember the “hanging chads?” Broward is not the most corrupt county in the country but is probably one of the more inept corrupt counties.

How much of Miami Dade’s population is Cuban? Trump got 70% of those votes. I don’t think they flipped to Hillary.
of course, you have to count the mid-term ballots too, anyone who voted straight ticket then has to be counted as a Hillary vote now
Simple answer...Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Donna Brazille, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Democrats.....thousands of illegal votes cast in Broward, Orange and Miami-Dade counties!!! Had the illegal votes not been cast by crinimal, non American citizens, illegals for Clinton......Trump would have beaten Hillary Clinton by 500,000-800,000 votes in Florida instead of his posted victory margin of 150,000 votes victory!!! It is as obvious as the nose on your face!!! Check the massive illegal outlier votes in California and New York...and, you will get the full drift of the Democrat vermin cheating!!!
