Pardons can be very broad - they don't even have to specify the offense:

Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.

Pardons don't shelter someone from future crimes,
and knowing the Clinton's there will be plenty of opportunity for the next AG.

Obama cannot pardon The PIAPS for crimes not committed in the US. IF Obama pardons her in the US all President Trump needs to do is allow extradition.

At that point The PIAPS might decide to waive her US pardon

Limiting Hillary’s pardon time period wouldn’t work. She and Slick have been at this sort of criminal activity for a long time and it is continuing.

Those words cost Ford the ‘76 election.

I notice Ford’s pardon of Nixon addresses crimes against the US, but there are several states investigating possible crimes committed by the Clinton Foundation. There is also the possibility that Haiti might pursue charges against the Clintons. Would a presidential pardon effect the state investigations or foreign investigations?
