-- An attempt to paint him as a liar. --

Stephanopolis was in the same mode in his interview with Pence, relative to Trump's claim of millions of illegal votes being cast. Stephanopolis said "that claim IS false". Eventually, Pence said, "You don't know that."

Tapper on CNN seemed to want to just analyze the election campaign, total waste of time.

Kellyanne did well against Chris Wallace. Didn't back down from criticizing Romney's behavior during the campaign, for example.

THIS WEEK (ABC): Vice President-elect Mike Pence;

Host demands evidence of illegal votes even as Pence tells Stephanopoulos he can’t prove there wasn’t. [At least Bill O’Rielly claims a research team, compare THIS WEEK (ABC) isn’t staffed adequately?] Stephanopoulos keeps repeating ‘no evidence’.

Pence also defends call from Taiwan telling host Democratically elected leader doesn’t compare to the Cuban communist leader.

Pence also has to explain why they couldn’t save 300 jobs from another Indiana company as Trump is in no position to effect all companies as he did Carrier.

I've written CBS News/Scott Pelley twice since the election. Friday, they reported job/unemployment stats and finally mentioned that the reason the 4.6% unemployment rate is so low "is because so many have left the job market and aren't counted any longer"

That was never mentioned when it might have affected Obama or Hilary.

I encourage us all to let them know. It's quite easy. CBS has a contact link at bottom of their main CBS News website.

Hannity drives me up a wall when he incessantly insists "corporations don't pay taxes."

Hannity's statement is a simple, four word summary of a complex economic principle. Corporations obviously pay taxes - lots of them. However, SUCCESSFUL corporations, by definition, must pass those taxes onto their customers. Employees and stockholders must also pay taxes, so it is arguable that the profits are taxed twice - once when the corporations pay taxes, and again when their stockholders and employees pay income taxes. The corporation's customers then must pay double the taxes. That makes it all the more difficult to compete with foreign companies with much lower total taxation on exports.

It's like Trump's border wall. We all know that Trump won't build a 35 foot tall wall down the middle of 1,200 miles of the Rio Grande River, which is 60 percent of the US border with Mexico. However, we DO know that he will stop illegal immigration and drug trafficking all along the whole border. His "Wall" is a simple, effective way of conveying that much more complex situation. So is Hannity's "corporations don't pay taxes".

They might try. However, the USA has extensive counter-measures to prevent that. These types of missiles are not aimed but rather have some type of target acquisition system such as infrared (seeks out hot jet engine exhaust) or radar (follow signal bounce-back). Radar heads are probably too heavy for shoulder-firing so mostly infrared. But the USAF uses very hot flare dispensers on its aircraft which will cause the missile to lock-on to the flare rather than the aircraft.

Also, and especially after the Mogadishu “Black Hawk Down” incident in 1991, we’ve come up with offensive systems to lock onto and eliminate personnel with these types of missiles. Usually they “paint” the sky with a sensor and lock onto an aircraft before firing. So we lock for their “paint” system, and then an AC-130 Gunship, miles away, can direct precise 50 caliber fire to that “painter’s” location. Wax one Jihadi.

Even without all that, I’ll bet you aour guys were foaming at the mouth wanting to go. Too bad our leadership was such pussies.

Exactly they are getting worse and are not likely to change until they die the slow death they are dying now.

I was going to give a similar reply, too, but you said it a whole lot better than I could have.

Understood of course, but when US Corporations pay one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world and is indeed why so much business has left the country, it hurts my ears to hear “corporations don’t pay taxes.”

No evidence is the standard Clinton phrase until they are proven guilty and then it is old news.

I was talking to a registered Democrat (certifiable moron-scoundrel) last night and heard this:

“All they have to do is challenge every state Trump won, get a few states tossed out and then Clinton has the higher number. You know the Republicans won’t play the same game.”

Or words to that effect. Basically discredit every Trump win and eventually Clinton has more of the “valid” results, which no R will challenge similarly.

When does it end? Do they plan to undercut Trump for the next 4-8 years? I guess they do.

Great job bud,and that’s all that really matters that 100 million people who would like to work don’t even look anymore, hey I got an idea; lets keep the borders open! That will help the situation!Just too bizarre to imagine.
Business as usual. The left creates a lie or half truth and the msm runs it forever.

Stein says there are 75k under votes in Detroit. How do we know those ballots existed on Election Day? The word of the Dem machine that runs Detroit? No, to be secure in our elections all ballots must be counted in a timely manner or the possibility of fraud grows exponentially.

Bottom line for the hard left is:
“whatever it takes”

http://www.independent.org/issues/article.asp?id=8932

Which is it then for Gramsci? Does the party inspire or perhaps cajole consensus—or does it force it? His answer is ambiguous: “Machiavelli affirms rather clearly that the state is to be run by fixed principles by which virtuous citizens can live secure against arbitrary treatment. Justly, however, Machiavelli reduces all to politics, to the art of governing men, of assuring their permanent consensus.” The matter, he writes, must be regarded from the “‘double perspective’...[that] corresponds to the double nature of Machiavelli’s centaur, beastly and human, of force and consensus, of authority and hegemony...of tactics and strategy.” Indeed that is Machiavelli’s point: whatever it takes.

Trump is also trying to do what is right by our Constitution and does not have ulterior motives; spending, socialized medicine, economic justice...

Two other points just to clarify.

First, the Mogadishu shoot downs were using RPG’s, which are indeed aimed and fired. Still, the issue that was fully researched was to deal with all shoulder-fired weaponry and improve our survival through mediation of these weapons. There are other methods for RPGs...

Second, Kadaffi’s weapons were all old Soviet or European (mostly French) stuff. NOT as good as US Systems like the Stinger. We’ve had years of testing and experience with the Soviet systems and even French systems used by Saddam’s forces in Iraq first Gulf War.
