Any arms sent to Syrian rebels end up on the arms black market the day after they are received.
Its an excellent way to spread MANPADS through out the middle east . They will be used to bring down commercial airliners.
Really a dopey idea.
What never ceases to amaze me, is how many idiots are in the House/Senate/White House/Courts.
