The article names a Democrat operative, an Hispanic woman who has agreed to be the plaintiff. It doesn’t say what she is alleging, and the complaints in the article are vague and amount to people being prevented from voting, and never mentions tampering with actual votes or totals.
In my post I was talking about creating new votes.
If they create new votes they will need 120,000.
If they change Trump votes to Hillary votes they only need to do it 60,000 times.
With the experience democrats have at stealing elections either strategy should be a piece of cake.
Same guy, same issue. That’s his modus operandi- accusing republicans of large scale vote fraud.
A collection of unsubstantiated allegations and conclusory statements.
Yes
Don’t have time to review the whole thing, but on quick review, that is a total BS complaint.
There is no documentation for most allegations. For example, the supposed 25,000 but not received ballots. Never make an allegation in a Complaint that you do not have some arguable proof of.
The core allegations seems to be that the results were not as the pollsters predicted. That’s why they have elections.
I can see this in the future:
(in oral argument to the appeals court)
“Your Honors, in this case, as originally brought in the 7th Judicial District, we were represented by attorney Sylvain Robitaille. That is not only grounds for appeal however.”
