Yesterday a federally registered nonprofit election entity launched a fundraiser Shame the nonprofit is not named.
Regarding the last sentence: the PA recount has been cancelled: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3501136/posts
If this challenge succeeds, Broward County may have another chance to manufacture votes for Killary. If you recall, Broward took forever to release their count election night. There was speculation that Broward was waiting for the other counties to report so they would know how many votes to manufacture.

Won’t succeed cuz not within recount range and “nonprofit” isn’t a candidate and doesn’t have standing.
Next goofball tactic?

So Clint Curtis does a fundraiser for his own legal fees to file his lawsuit. Yeah, seems legit. /s/

‘razor thin’? Fake news, Trump won by over 100,000.
To: LS
Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount, meaning that third party candidate Jill Stein cannot force a recount in the state even if she pays for the costs.
To: upchuck
Donald Trump was officially named the winner in Florida, but by a razor thin margin One of the dullest, thickest razors ever.
Donald Trump 4,617,886 49.0%
Hillary Clinton 4,504,975 47.8%

Excellent point. However, from the article:
Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount... But this lawsuit is aimed at getting a judge to order a Florida recount, whether republican state officials want to do it or not.

The article claims "Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount" 102.168 Contest of election. (1) Except as provided in s. 102.171, the certification of election or nomination of any person to office, or of the result on any question submitted by referendum, may be contested in the circuit court by any unsuccessful candidate for such office or nomination thereto or by any elector qualified to vote in the election related to such candidacy, or by any taxpayer, respectively. http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0100-0199/0102/Sections/0102.168.html This took perhaps 5 seconds to look up.

Narrowly decided State of Florida? Are you out of your tree?
Gov. Scott and Pam Bondi will not allow another phony side show like in Pennsylvania.

You don’t understand. We are no longer a nation of laws, but of judicial dictators. This could happen by a mere edict of a black-robed tyrant.

Shame the nonprofit is not named.Protect Our Elections
Leonisia Olivares has agreed to stand as a plaintiff for fair elections, and the law firm of Clint Curtis has taken the case and will be filing suit on Friday. We need to raise $25,000 to cover the initial litigation costs for our side and $25,000 to protect the plaintiff in the event of liability for opposition attorney's fees.

This is computer programmer -Clinton Curtis hired to write a program to ‘flip the vote’ to a 51% to 49% result regardless of the actual outcome and it was undetectable at that time.
Uploaded on Mar 2, 2006
Computer Programmer testifies that Tom Feeney (Speaker of the Houe of Florida at the time, former US Representative) tried to pay him to rig election vote counts.
